Windows 10: How can I restrict or configure Search Highlights...

Discus and support How can I restrict or configure Search Highlights... in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I want to restrict or block offensive material such as Gay Pride and other offensive graphics from showing on my search.     How can I restrict or configure Search Highlights...


    I want to restrict or block offensive material such as Gay Pride and other offensive graphics from showing on my search. I am willing to try this feature, but have no patience or tolerance for intolerant and anti social groups and do not feel it is Microsofts business to be pushing aggressive slogans and groups on my desktop. How do I limit these symbols to more socially friendly groups and values?

    How can I restrict or configure Search Highlights...

    Group Policy configuration: search highlights in Windows 10 and 11

    On Windows 10 Home... I installed KB5011543 today, but don't see any Search Highlights.

    Probably because I have Cortana disabled?
