Windows 10: How can I retrieve my password after losing it? This is for Repair or Reset!

I put pc into diagnostic mode to do some diagnosing. When restarting, and being on Sign In page, it stated there was a problem with my PIN, and it had to be reset. I clicked on Reset PIN. Nothing happened. On the same screen, there is no other option to sign in. After doing some research online, I rebooted the pc holding down the Shift key, putting the pc into Repair & Reset mode. Whenever I do a Reset or Repair operation, it takes me to a screen that has Admin User account, the email user name on that account and it asks for the password of the account. I've used the PIN for so long t
