Windows 10: How can I retrieve my previous purchased version of Windows 11 pro

I purchased an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro back in January, order number 7169300027, and my PC was replaced by Microsoft last week for a deficit. But the replacement PC came equipped with a Windows 11 home edition OS and required a product Key to upgrade to the Pro OS. So, I looked at my Microsoft account's order history and the purchased OS upgrade order is still visible but does not link to the product Key. Does that mean that I lost my purchase with the defective machine that is still under warranty and was replaced by Microsoft?

My laptop currently running windows pro, will it possible to get my licensed windows 10 Home version which was came pre-installed to my laptop with this oem key after clean install.

if yes suggest me step by step.

purchase of windows 11 pro

I am looking for a purchase of windows 11 pro through GeM for a clean install in a newly formatted PC. GeM has only two versions ie Windows 11pro Upgrade CSP and Windows11 pro CGWA. Which one of the above should I purchase

1. Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.
   
2. Under Upgrade your edition of Windows, select Open Store
   
3. Make sure you’re signed in with your Microsoft account to purchase Windows 11 Pro
   
4. After you confirm your purchase, you’ll be prompted to install Windows 11 Pro and restart your PC. You’ll then be running Windows 11 Pro.
