    How can I retrieve OneDrive info from old Desktop?


    Hello,

    I had to change computers as my 3mo old Spectre was acting up. I didn't realize my OneDrive folder information that was on old computer didn't transfer over to this new computer. Why is that if this is a cloud?

    Please advise on how to access the old folder info.

    Also, I'd like to collapse my Inbox folders - can't seem to figure out how to do. Is this possible? Perhaps I move everything over to Outlook?

    Windows 10 - OneDrive

    Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

    If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

    Hi,

    Since your desktop icons are not in the Recycle Bin, we suggest that you create a new shortcut for your preferred applications. Follow the steps below:

    • Right-click on your desktop > New > Shortcut.
    • Enter the path of the application you want to create an icon or select Browse... > click OK > Next > Finish.
    Note: If the deleted icons on your desktops are not shortcuts, but are saved files, it may be possible to retrieve them if they are saved in OneDrive.

    I've got the GT620M in a Zenbook and the newest version of GPUz has it listed as a 40nm part whereas all other info on the web suggests its 28nm. Can you investigate, W1z?
