  1. How can I revert back to my original account?

I recently purchased a new laptop. I was required to provide login Microsoft ID and Password. Unable to recall original account ID and password, I created a new account for data transfer. Unfortunately, ALL email data failed to transfer to the new account I suspect because my original account ID was my email. I have been unable to revert to my original account due to inability to receive CODE messages, either from Outlook, Authenticator, or Text message.

    :)

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I appreciate in any case your help
