Windows 10: How can I run Record Audio Troubleshooter in Windows 11?

Looks like all troubleshooters stopped working after some update. "Get Help" app is displayed instead of troubleshooter. What is the id of "Record Audio Troubleshooter" for the msdt.exe? What is the other way to run "Record Audio Troubleshooter"?
