Windows 10: How can I run windows 10 64 BIT in my 3 GB Ram pc smoothly?

Hello Viewers.I want to ask a question.I usually use my PC for some web browsing and downloading some essential software.I have a 3GB Ram PC.It has windows 7 ultimate installed in it.But Now I want to upgrade it to Windows 10 64 bit.So how can I run windows 10 64 bit in my 3 GB Ram PC smoothly?

Technically you might be in spec with 3 gb RAM.

Microsoft lists the Windows 10 minimum hardware requirements as:

Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC.

RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 GB for 64-bit.

Hard disk space: 16 GB for 32-bit OS 20 GB for 64-bit OS.

Graphics card: DirectX 9 or later with WDDM 1.0 driver.

Display: 800x600.

Coincidentally, I had a relative of mine on a budget that had 4 gb of RAM, but one of the 2 gb sticks when bad on it. I removed it and worked on her computer to clean it up. Although it was not the fastest computer, it definitely something she could work on
for basic computing and internet surfing.

Windows 10 64-bit with 3 GB RAM

So I did a tiny little upgrade in my ancient 2008 PC, adding +1 GB of RAM to the system. Now there is 3 GB of RAM. I wonder if Windows 10 x64 could run, on the Fall Creators Update at the very least. My CPU (Core 2 Duo E7300 2.6 GHz) supports 64-bit. Unfortunately,
I have zero options to upgrade this PC too much further without needing to build a completely new PC.

I also have the option to edit my Windows 10 installation disc through a program called NTLite. Probably disabling as many useless services as possible will help in saving some memory.

So, can Windows 10 64-bit run on this config, while being able to run a few basic apps? Or if not, will 32-bit apps run as expected?

Side note: I don't want to run too many games, since this GPU of mine doesn't support DirectX 12.
