  1. How can I scale some apps differently from the rest of Windows 11?

The Microsoft Office apps, when scaled to 125%, look ridiculous on my 13.3″ screen - they are unusable, especially Outlook. It's mouse input, not touch. I cannot find a Compatibility tab when checking the properties of, for example, the WINWORD.EXE. So I cannot scale DPI, as suggested in most guides I found online. Can you recommend any other way?

    :)

  2. custom scaling documents for printing in windows 10.

    Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I understand your concern regarding the issue that you are facing.

    • How you trying to scale the documents?
    • Which application you are using for scaling the documents.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

    1. Press control key + p.

    2. Now select the number of pages you want to scale while printing.

    3. Click apply.

    4. Now click on print.

Please try the above suggestions and let us know the status of the issue.

Chrome (& chromium) browser scale is bigger than the rest in Windows10

Another workaround that seems to fix the overall Chrome window better is this:
(source: Fixing common Google Chrome Scaling Problems on Windows 10)

In my case, this is what I did:

Now the overall UI looks consistent with the rest of Windows general scale, except for the tabs which now show a tiny text.
Again, not perfect, but very close.
Hope this can help others in the same situation.
