Windows 10: How can i script application installs after OS stand up?

Sorry for the novice question but google is failing me.
Is there a way to script installation of programs after receiving a machine? Im getting a new work computer and want to automate the process if possible. The computer will come with windows 10 when it shows up. im more of a linux/centos guy so doing this outside of bash is foreign to me.

Ideally I will have a private github with all my installs and configs I would pull from. If this helps/matters.

Install Diablo 3 on Linux

Just install PlayOnLinux? Why did they make step 2 and 3 of this "tutorial"?

Anyway, looking at the supported software list for PlayOnLinux, D3 is a step in the right direction. Lack of gaming is a factor for a lot of people when deciding on an OS, if more recent games get ported it may help migrate them to their preferred choice.
