Windows 10: How can I see my first acc password I used in my pc

I gotta problem saying: something happened and your pin isn't available. click to setup your pin again. I'm using windows10. I saw a video on YouTube told me to go to cmd the one in advanced options but it asking me for my acc password but I forget it.I tried changing the password in the official site but it says it's wrong.I went to Microsoft official discord server someone told me to reset my PC. But when I do that it asks me for my password again.Guys what should I do?

Change password on windows 10

Thank you for your help, but the steps you listed do not bring me to an option that allows me to change a password. It simply stated the account is 'Password Protected'. Only options displayed are 'Change acc. type', 'Delete acc.' and 'Manage another acc.'.
