    How can I see my old Windows 10 Password?


    Due to the lockdown I was spending a lot of time on the computer and decided to try and fix some issues I was having. I was actually getting pretty tired of being in front of it so I went for a walk to clear my mind and when I got back my mind went black and I couldn't remember my passsword. I got in through the security questions but still can't remember what it was. Any way I can look it up?

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    How can I see my old Windows 10 Password?

    Reuse/Reset an old Password

    Thanks for your quick response. But my problem is that M.S. says old password con not be used. I want to switch back to my old password. I think I need to contact M.S. to clear the registry for my passwords. Then, I will be able to switch back.
