Windows 10: how can I send a Video from OneDrive, I entered a valid eMail address and I get an error...

I have an annual subscription to Microsoft 365, Through the app OneDrive I want to send a video, I follow the protocol and enter the right eMail address of the recipian and the system tells me it is the wrong eMail address, See screen shot below. Can you please help, Thank you, very much appreciated, Manfred

• When you say, “I have updated to a new email address and updated Microsoft details” where exactly have you updated the details?
  
• Are you try to sign in to the OneDrive website or OneDrive Desktop app?

Have you any ideas? about a year ago out of the blue unable to send emails to a valid email address. It's actually to a daily newspaper.

Actually use AOL via computer.

Your site is not working, have sent replies , its says in red oops!
