Windows 10: How can I shutdown Windows Defender permanently in Windows 10, as it falsely identifies...

I need to permanently remove Windows Defender from Windows 10 as it identifies known safe sites as being malicious. I know they are safe as I am the webmaster. In fact I have closed one site tonight and will move it, after a total rebuild to another server. I am a retired person who generates websites related to my own interests. I can't afford the time and energy it takes at my time of life to build sites, I have spent an estimated 1000 hours in the last couple of months working on a site, ready to upload with some 2000 links all checked and verified which I had planned to upload next month. If you tell me it is not possible to remove Windows Defender, then I will move to a Linux distro, and I will be on YouTube so fast you won't believe it, the graphics are all ready.
