Windows 10: How can I sign again since the screen goes solid black when I click anywhere or strike any key?

Windows loads but the password screen does not show up the screen goes black when I click anywhere or strike any key so I cannot enter my password. The power button does not appear in the bottom right corner. Ctrl-alt-del = black screenf4 = no effect
