Windows 10: How can I sign into my email address if I don’t have access to my verification email or old...

I have been signed out of my outlook account which I use for all my important personal information including bills, work and much more but when I try to sign In it just says my passwords incorrect even though it’s the same one I’ve used for many years. however, since I made this email address when I was 16 the authentication address and phone numbers are ones that I no longer have access to. Throughout all of this I’ve spent an entire day trying to gain access to it through your help section of the website but being taken in circles, how can I speak to a human being that can help me and not an

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.
