Windows 10: How can i solve multiple bluescreen errors?

I am facing a lot of frequent blue screen errors with different stopcode. Those codes are like: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. MEMORY MANAGEMENT, SYSTEM THREAT EXCEPTION, etc. Every time it is different.

Multiple Bluescreen Error

Couple months ago i upgrade my pc, getting new cpu and adding ssd, since then i've been getting alot of random bluescreens.
The error code is varied, from irql_not_less_or_equal to recently driver_overran_stack_buffer. i did reinstall windows multiple times but still getting the bluescreens.

the pc is 6+ years old before i upgrade i have :
ab350 pro 4 motherboard

Ryzen 3 2200g
gtx 1060 6gb
16gb of ddr4 2666hz RAM

I upgraded with :

Ryzen 5 3600

1TB Kyo Kaizen m.2
