Windows 10: How can I solve my Problem?

I have hidden the taskbar, but now I wish to unhide it. I have attempted to uncheck the "Automatically hide taskbar" option in the taskbar behavior settings, but it is not working. Upon revisiting the settings for taskbar behavior, I noticed that the "Automatically hide taskbar" option remains checked. How can I successfully unhide my taskbar?

Solved! or fixed! or whatever! I was able to absorb the extra space in a 3-step process:

1. resize the System Reserved partition to use the space after it
2. reboot
3. stretch the M: data partition to absorb the space after it using the EXTEND -- not RESIZE -- command

System rebooted and working normally. THX all.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
