Windows 10: How can I solve the 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 error and update my windows ?

Hello, I have been trying for a while to update my windows but no matter what I do it does not work. My version of windows is 1909 and I have tried to install the 22H2 version but i keep receiving this error: 0xC1900101 - 0x20017. When I go to verify if i have any windows updates it says that my device is missing important security and quality fixes. What can I do to solve this problem ? Thank you.

As i am getting error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 but you suggested to refer 0xc1900101-0x40017. Just asking which one is right solution for my
issue ?

I have already tried the steps mentioned for error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 but No luck.

I also tried to upgrade through Windows Update but same error.

Did you try the list of quick fixes which include removal of third party AV.
