Windows 10: How can I solve the mobile link problem, when making calls, they don't hear me, nor can I hear?

Hello, I have a problem with the mobile link app, when I make calls with the mobile already linked, when I make the call, I cannot hear, nor can they hear me but if I change the call to the phone it is heard, but when I return The call to the PC again, nothing is heard, they don't even hear me, I have tried the sound settings and I can't find a solution, I checked the device management and the mobile phone appears connected with its drivers, but I can't find a way to do it. listen to the call and have them hear me from the mobile link app. Maybe you can help me. Can't hear others voice during call,but they can hear mei

Hi

I bought a Lumia 650 not long ago,probably 6 month.

Whenever I try to call I cant hear their voice but others can hear my voice.All I can do is turn on the speaker or plugin a headphones to talk.

I have tried these following steps that I found on the internet

1) restarted my phone to check if it would work

2) reset my phone several times

i tried doing WhatsApp call and skype call and I face the same problem

please give me a suggestion on what to do

 

Problem hearing my caller

Please I'm using att&t Nokia Lumia 830. When I make or receive a call, I can't hear my caller unless I put it on speaker. Please help me solve this problem

Cant hear voice in call

I made a call to my friend and neither of us could hear each other..

  person I am calling cannot hear me. I am using NOKIA lumia 630. Just 2 hours old phone. :-(
