Windows 10: How can i solve the swift keyboard clipboard sync problem?

I downloaded the swift android app to sync the clipboard with my laptop Microsoft account so that i can easily copy paste from my devices. I did all the things to setup the sync like enabling sync clipboard history from phone and enabled "Clipboard history across your devices" option from my laptop. However, i can only copy from my phoneRedmi12 to my laptop but cannot do the other way around. Why??

Clipboard not syncing with android

Hello, I'm having trouble syncing the clipboard between my phone and my pc.

I had an s10+ and it worked fine for some time but some weeks ago it just stopped. Now with an updated s23, the problem remains. I already have all the boxes checked on the clipboard settings. Even tried the swift keyboard just for testing (but I don't want to use it) and kept not working.

*The windows link to phone works fine, just the clipboard not working.

When will the Sync Clipboard with PC and Android come to SwiftKey?

I see that you are using SwiftKey Beta keyboard on your Android phone and looking for the feature to sync the clipboard between the PC and Android phone.



Currently, the feature to sync the clipboard with Windows 10 and Android using SwiftKey keyboard is not available. However, you can sync the Windows 10 clipboard across your devices using the Microsoft account. Please refer the steps in the article

To Backup & sync the words and phrases of your SwiftKey keyboard, you can sign in to the SwiftKey keyboard and enable the sync feature. Please refer the article

How can I get rid of the "clipboard" icon on my keyboard?

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community.

You may follow these steps to remove the clipboard icon on your keyboard:

1. Under your App list, go to Settings.

2. Tap keyboard under Settings.

3. Tap the keyboard that you are using.

4. Uncheck the "Suggest text".

5. Try copying something again and paste it.

6. Lock the screen and reopen it, then check the clipboard icon on the keyboard if it's still showing.
