Windows 10: how can I solve this issue?

so when I open window security i got a message that tells me get an app 'windows defender' to open this linkalso when i open a game tells me you need MS-overlay to open this app i have this issue in a lot of apps too i tried the method that i run the windows power shell as an admin and then the unrestricted and it didn't work so pls help me

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

1. I have not made any changes to the system prior to this issue.

2. No, I have not installed a third-party antivirus on the system.

I tried both step 1 and 2. The issue was still occurring.

Solved! or fixed! or whatever! I was able to absorb the extra space in a 3-step process:

1. resize the System Reserved partition to use the space after it
2. reboot
3. stretch the M: data partition to absorb the space after it using the EXTEND -- not RESIZE -- command

System rebooted and working normally. THX all.
