Windows 10: How can I solve why my emails aren't sending?

I have a live.co.uk email address that I've had for a very long time and all the emails I have tried to send keep coming up as failed to send how can I fix this?

My nokia mail account is not sending emails from web or phone and is giving me no error message and they aren´t comming back to me they just arent arriving to the desired recever

 

How to send an Email to an Editor

I would like to send an Email to a certain website; however, when I click on the link "email editor", I get a blue screen with the message "Choose which account to send the email from." At this point, I don't know how to proceed. Can someone tell me what the next step is?
