Windows 10: how can i speak to a live associate

I just purchased a new laptop, but i cannot get into it due to being blocked by Microsoft login. I need to speak to a MS customer service agent to rectify this.

The Speak feature of Live Search Mobile does not work on my Mobile 6 phone.

I have the Sprint Mogul. The "Speak" feature had been working fine until I upgraded to the latest version of Live Search.

• My previous version of Live Search was 2.5.2840.19676 (Speak feature worked fine).

  My current version of Live Search is 2.5.2908.31943 (Speak feature works sometimes, not others.)
  

(By doesn't work I mean within a second or so it comes back and says that it couldn't understand my request. Most of the time I don't even have time to start saying anything before it responds with this error.)

I need to speak to a live agent or chat. I have been stuck in the microsoft loop for years now. I have an old email that no longer exists that is associated with this account. I need to remove or change this email to a new one. ALSO I cannot or am not being lalowed to remove my kidsfrom the family account -told to use the person whom gave permsiion...which was me. SO this is totally unacceptable from a consumer standpoint. I need to speak to a live agent to resolve thee loopped issues and NOT be told to view some random help page. RIDICULOUS!
