    How can I speak to a real person about a hacked and lost account


    My account has been hacked email and password changed no access at all and that would mean my onedrive would be completely gone too with all my info I can’t lose any of that stuff I’ve tried with the form but it was no help I’ve tried contacting Microsoft but I get greeted with a bot that isn’t helpful at all I need to speak with an actual person about this I have zero access to my account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
