    How to split a large html files into multiple pieces?

    You can use 7zip. When zipping the html file you can split it into 10 MB (smallest) pieces. But the result will be zip file "parts". You won't be able to access those parts individually.

    Perhaps try EmEditor Free? The blurb shows EmEditor Free 21.4 includes large file support (up to 10TB) and is available for personal use (only) at home or at school. When you download it (I suggest the installer version, it's faster in operation than the portable version) you'll be given a choice of Professional or Free when the installer completes and EmEditor runs for the first time:
