Windows 10: How can I stop my Windows time from jumping forward 3 hours every time I reboot?

Every time I reboot my computer, the time in windows jumps forward three hours to UTC time. It does this whether I have it on set time manually or set time automatically, and regardless of the time server I use in automatic mode. My regional settings are set to Falkland Islands, and my time zone set to Montevideo, which is also UTC -3 and no daylight savings time Windows doesn't have an option for Falkland Standard Time.I have changed the CMOS battery and it still does it, and in any case, the BIOS time stays correct which I guess it wouldn't if it was a battery issue?I also have a Linux OS

Time jump on windows mobile 6.5

We run Windows mobile 6.5 on 3 handhelds and 2 of the three have time jumping issues. We will be collecting data during the day and the time setting will jump hours, and sometimes multiple times during the day.

 

Time jumps ahead for an hour or more on Windows 10 when time is set for three different zones.

I realize several questions have been asked around this topic but none address my issue. I have a brand new HP Spectre x360 with only Windows 10, so the "old CMOS battery" and "multiple Operating Systems" scenarios don't apply.

In my case I have 3 timezones showing in my clock: US Pacific, Germany, Kenya

What I noticed is that the time only jumps forward by full hours. Sometimes it jumps to the Kenya time, even though my main timezone is still US Pacific. Sometimes it jumps forward by more than that. It has jumped as much as 2.5 days. I suspect it is a multiple
of the timezone differences between the 3 I have showing, but I have not proven that yet.

No matter whether I set the clock to update manually or sync automatically, it regularly happens.

People have been asking questions around this topic for years and multiple versions of Windows. I can't believe this has not been fixed once and for all.

So far I have not found a solution. I just turned off the other time zones and will update here if that helps.

 

Time/Date jumps forward when PC wakes from Hibernation or Sleep.

RAM and the Motherboard would not do it. Go through the steps again for fixing it. Something is making it jump in time.
