Windows 10: How can I STOP using Microsoft as my payment gateway for online purchases?

Hi Customer Service,I want to CANCEL / STOP using Microsoft as my payment gateway for online purchases. I do not want Microsoft to automatically manage my payment options or have anything to do with my payment service.
