Windows 10: How can I switch or swap my left and right Alt keys functions.

Hi there. I want to switch or swap my left and right Alt keys functions. Screen orientation is Right Alt key plus Arrows and to go back or forward is Left Alt key plus arrows. I want my Right Alt key to help me navigate the pages and Left Alt key for screen orientation. How can I get them changed?Please let me know.Best

Left Alt and Windows keys are swapped on my laptop

So the title is basically my problem. The left alt key and the windows key are swapped. I have no idea how this came to be and I really do not know how to fix this. Any help would be great.

Edit: I tried using the on-screen keyboard and the functions are still the same. They haven't been changed
