Windows 10: How can I synchronize my progress on my laptop and my android phone?

Hi! Today I wanted to synchronize my progress in magic kingdoms on my laptop and my android phone. I have connected through microsoft on my laptop but my phone allows me to connect only through facebook and play games. Also I do not have a facebook account to log in with that. So can I synchronize my progress on my laptop and my android phone and if I can how do I do it? My gameloft player ID asa on my laprop is c00h61 and on my phone my gameloft player ID mdc is g599f33.
