Windows 10: How can I take a block of text from the end of a file name and move it to the beginning of...

I'm using an app called Keyfinder to determine the key signatures of several hundred audio loops. Then Keyfinder appends the key signatures to the ends of the file names. All files all end up with names like "Guitar Lead A 1 - Bbm" with Bbm indicating the musical key of B Flat Minor. I would like to be able to sort the files by key signatures in File Explorer so I would need a way to cut the key signature text from the end and append it to the front of every file resulting in "Bbm Guitar Lead A 1 - ." Is there a script or a free app that can accomplish this?

Compare a text file containing file names with files in a folder

Hi,
I have a text files containing a list of file names and I wish to compare that to a folder with files in it.
The folder contains a rather large number of files and I want to see if files in that folder exist in the file with the list of file names.

Hope I have explained my problem clearly.

Or rather to customize several music files with the ending of a custom name.
