I nees to talk to thr technician ho helped me on lst Friday set up my win 10 settings, We got disconnected befhore he was thru. I am 82 yrsold and hve Maculat Degeneration so need to set everything in a dark manner. The case number was was .1012539558 My telephone number is 925-984-3785
