Windows 10: how can i tell if it is a hacker of microsoft?

hackers are using your window denfender software to make it like it is microsoft giving me a trusted phone number to call in to clear up my computor. all he is doin g is placing a program on my computor to hack in whenever he wants to get info, it comes in as window security program. i have been with dell to complete wash my laptop to manufactor settings and do a complete wash to get rid of their program and any saved files are gone.

Hackers using Microsoft software flaw

For a year I've encountered hackers maliciously interfering with the operation of my laptops. They slow down my PCs, videos, causing me to drop pages and links, move my cursor around on the pages, make keys type over my texts, etc. This activity has been
relentless and I have the impression of dealing with disturbed teenagers. When I close all my programs, I usually see computers with "established" connections with IP locations that are listed as Microsoft, Microsoft Bingbot, Google, Amazon Technologies, Akamai Technologies,
etc. The IP location example is 131.253.40.10:443. I can't get any help with stopping this problem. All software programs I used have failed. Microsoft and Centurylink have failed to correct the problem. Whenever I try to seek solutions, these hackers aggressively
attack my PCs more in a kind of cat-and-mouse gamesmanship, which I want no part of. If anyone has any suggestions, please post.

Admin Hacker I believe they accessed my router, which tell me its not a friendly neighbor! So Please tell me how to I access Microsoft acct and where can I look for more paper trails on my system from this HACKER

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
