Windows 10: How can I track login/screen time on my own PC?

I have a windows 10 PC and I want to find out how long I spend on it, so I'm trying to find a feature, program or application that will tell me how long I spend logged off and logged on (I have a habit of locking my PC whenever I get up, so I figure it would be an easy way to measure). However, I can't find a single application that just does that, the only ones I can find are either way to intrusive (measuring individual program times or worse... passive screen recording!), bloated (too many features), requires manual input (redundant) or is only able to limit my screen time and not measure it.

I just want a program that tells me how long I was logged on and logged off, nothing else. It seems like such a simple feature. I really feel like I'm missing something obvious, like it's somewhere in the user settings or I just haven't googled the right combination of words.

I have tried the Family Safety Settings, but that's too intrusive and apparently takes an entire week to get a report. I don't want application tracking, just login times.
I have tried Clockify, but that requires manual clicking start timer and stop timer, making the whole thing redundant.
I have tried WhatPulse, but it seems that the only thing it doesn't track is logon time.
Someone even recommended Windows Event Log but to be honestly, that went way over my head.
The "Time Sense" widows app looks exactly like what I'm looking for, but for some reason I can't find it in the windows store, only as hyperlink on this article.

I'm almost at my wits end here, I just want a timer that presses start when I log in and pause when I lock my pc. Can anyone recommended something? (free options are preferred)

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
