Windows 10: How can I transfer a purchase In this case, Minecraft for Windows from one account to another?

I am attempting to transfer Minecraft for Windows to my other account as I have stopped using the account this question is being posted on. I would not like to spend another 30 ? dollars as that would honestly be an inconvenience on my end. I tend to play Minecraft quite often, and recently wanted to switch accounts but noticed that a few things would have to stay on this account, rather than my other account. Minecraft Got Deleted After Clean Installating Windows 10 And Again Minecraft Purchased.

I think you did a Clean Installation of Windows 10 and Clean Installation will delete all your applications; games; and your user data such as music files, video files, pictures, documents, etc.

1. From where did you purchase the Minecraft game?
   
2. Have you already installed Minecraft on your Windows 10 computer?
   

If you have purchased several copies of Minecraft from Mojang, then I suggest you to refer the
Mojang refunds policy and check their refund policy.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Microsoft Store, then I suggest you to refer
Returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund
and check if you can get a refund.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Oculus, then I suggest you to
Contact the Oculus Support Team and they will help you with this.

Is there a way to transfer my purchase to another microsoft account?

So I purchased Minecraft Starter Collection on the old account and I created a new one because I had problems with it. I can't figure it out how to transfer Minecraft Starter Collection to the new account. Can somebody help me? I don't want to purchase
