Can't uninstall daemon tools ultra

Windows 10 Upgrade requires to uninstall Daemon Tools

I have this exact same issue. Daemon Tools does not show up in my uninstall list. When I click Uninstall Now, it just says Refresh. I click it and nothing happens. I downloaded the recommended install/uninstall
support shown above. Daemon Tools was not an option, so I selected "Not Listed". Then it asks for a product code. I have no idea what the product code might be. Please help.
