  1. How can I undo an update that has caused my computer to stop working properly?

On August 25th, 2018 I downloaded some pictures from my SD card, but somehow it got screwed up and now since then my computer hasn't been operating. When I go into settings and look for updates, there is a security update on my computer from August 26th, but it is an error and won't let me uninstall it. Now I can't even get my computer to run correctly. Sometimes it will, and sometimes it won't run. It shows I'm not connected to the internet, but clearly when it is working I'm connected, but just not to Microsoft. I get all kinds of error codes and when I try to find out what they are and follow the advice from Microsoft to clear the error codes it doesn't work.

    :)

  3. dynex mouse stopped working this morning after windows 10 ran updates

    Hi Debbie,

Thank you for posting your response.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you undo the System Restore, copy/create a backup of all the important documents that you require and then perform the restore again.

Follow the steps below to undo:

    • Click Undo System Restore, and then click
      Next.

    • Review your choices, and then click Finish.
    • On the search bar type System Restore. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    Hope this helps

AMD processor has stopped working properly

Okay so the same thing happened AGAIN. But this time instead of saying "AMD processor has stopped working properly" it said AMD processor has stopped working properly and has successfully recovered". But it still froze everything and crashed my game.
