Windows 10: How can I uninstall keyboards

I saw a post where it was recommended to do the followingGo toress Win + i, to open Settings-Select Time & language-Select Language & region-Click 3 dots on the default language-Click Language options-Under Keyboards you should see "Chinese: Simplified" This keyboard contains two Pinyin Keyboards-3 dots > RemoveHowever I cannot find the Chinese simplified under possible keyboards to remove. I also have a English United States US keyboard, which I can't seem to remove.

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

 

Uninstall Microsoft Keyboard And Mouse Centre (Missing)

I have started getting errors with the Microsoft Keyboard And Mouse Centre, tried to re-install it but can't because the software is already on my machine. If I try to run it though, nothing happens. When I try to uninstall it either via Control Panel>Programs & Features, or with IObit Uninstaller, the program is not listed.
Tried a system restore, but that did not help either.
Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

Can you post the exact errors that you are getting with Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center?
