    It's booting now. It's because I had the RAM in wrong. I will check into the local computer shop here in town.

    Now that it is Booting, you got one headache out of the way. Since you have been dealing with it all day long, I would give it a break and maybe use tomorrow to look up some more stuff. You can use the Hiren boot Disk to check the system for issues. As for the bios update, it is usually done by using the installer in windows, a boot up installer or in special cases, in the bios. Make sure you have decent power, or else you could brick the motherboard.

    Were you able to run the administrative command prompt command without problems?

    After completing the prior commands please post the results into the thread and please copy and post these commands to collect similar logs files as the DM log collector:

    How can I update my BIOS?

    See if you can run the DM log collector. If you can post the zip into the thread.
    If you still can't please indicate the error message.
    For the administrative command prompt command to generate similar files please post using one drive or drop box share links.
