How can I update my BIOS?

Please make sure that when you post the msinfo32 it is in the save in the same form as you view it. Do not save it as a text. Save it as a nfo before posting it.

In the left lower corner search type dxdiag > open all sections > give it at least 5 minutes to fully load > save to desktop > use one drive or drop box share link to post into the thread

Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
    http://www.memtest.org/

This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.

Please make sure you use the Memtest86+ version 5.01 with the link below.

    http://www.memtest.org/

The testing is done not by time but by passes.

    The more passes the better.

There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made.

A false negative is a pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.

There is 4 GB of RAM on the computer.

    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM

Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.

    2) When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more passes use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image of the results into the thread.

If you can post it great.
Run the memtest86+ version 5.01 overnight.
There needs to be at least 8 passes.
Let it run overnight and part of the day tomorrow if necessary to complete the testing.
The more the passes the better the test.
When the testing has completed make sure you use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post the image into the thread. If you cannot post the image use ad one drive or drop box share link.

    1) Open Ccleaner > click on Windows tab > scroll to system > un-check the boxes for:
    a) memory dumps
    b) Windows error reporting
    c) Windows log files
    > scroll to system > un-check the boxes for:
    d)Windows event logs

    2) In the left lower corner search box type: cleaner > open disk cleanup > click ok for the default drive > uncheck the box for system error memory dump files

The log files were being deleted by Ccleaner.
So going forward troubleshooting can be improved by preserving more information in the logs.

Okay. If you can't run the Memtest86+ version 5.01 tonight you can run it during the week.
It will be useful to test the RAM.
    Have a good night.
