What troubleshooting step did you use to get it to function on your computer?
The image above displays: pass 0, error 0
So for best testing run 8 or more passes and the more passes the better.
When you have completed the test use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

  6. Hi,
Just sit and wait is all you do now
Run 5-6 passes unless the first pass finds errors then you can quit.

  7. I enabled CSM and disabled Secure Boot.

So, I just need to let it run until I see 8 or more passes?

    Great.
Please run 8 or more passes and again the more the better.
It sometimes takes passes in the 20's to find malfunctioning RAM.
There is 4 GB RAM on the computer.
    It takes memtest86+ version 5.01 approximately 1 - 2 hours / GB RAM.
Again the test is not run by time and is run by passes and the more passes the better the test.

  11. Hi,
For the record it will take a long time most people say let it run over night how ever passes that is figure 8 hours *Smile

  12. Correct! I told everyone in my family just to let it be and for it to run it's tests.

How can I update my BIOS?

That's OK, I just wanted it on record that it wasn't my recommendation. You were so determined to try it that you read it as such. I think this is what's known as 'confirmation bias'. *Smile

No harm done (and you've ruled out the BIOS as a cause).

  14. 1 Pass for the Memory. That’s a good thing.
