Windows 10: How can I update to KB5025221?

I have been attempting to install the update 2023-4 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5025221 over this past month, however there is an error every time I attempt to do so. I have tried various fixed presented on this website, but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Just after I submitted this help request, I thought of 1 more thing to try. I did an "in-place upgrade" of the latest windows 10.iso over my existing setup, "keeping my files and apps".

After it completed, I hit search for Windows Updates several times, and NO additional updates were suggested.

I've attached a screenshot of the installed updates that goes back to late February. Weirdly (?), the KB5025221 is NOT on this list. I just tried a Windows Update request again, and nothing came up.

So, I "think" the problem may be solved, but shouldn't there be an April 2023 update of some kind?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
