Windows 10: How can I upgrade my Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro to 10?

Hey, guys!


I got myself a license key for Windows 8.1 Embedded Industry Pro and I activated it successfully, but now I want to upgrade my OS to Windows 10 and as I saw in these links: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/upgrade/windows-10-upgrade-paths https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10_editions I can do it to Windows 10 Enterprise legally. But how do I actually do it? When I download the Enterprise Eval ISO image, I will lose my key and activation will not be successfull. Please help me find a way to solve this, because I don't want to lose my license. Thanks. : )


P.S. I tried with the Media Creation Tool from Windows 10's site, but it tells me that my edition can't be upgraded.

Will Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro receive the free upgrade to Windows 10?

The successor to Windows 8.1 Pro Industry and other embedded editions is Windows 10 IoT.

Windows 8.1 Pro Industry and other embedded editions do not qualify for this free upgrade offer.
