Windows 10: How can I use my hotmail address for outlook email on pc as I can on my phone

Outlook says my hotmail address is being used in another domain.

Hotmail users can now upgrade to outlook layout.It looks like windows 8 menus. It's very fast now using outlook over the previous layout.


look in your hotmail/live for this email. Outlook.co​m Team "You've changed. Shouldn't your inbox?"‏

you can upgrade from within and create new alias's too.

Outlook 2010 + Hotmail account Bug...

Hi ppl hope ever things good there, i formatted my PC and re-installed my outlook 2010 and i configured every little thing and i just can't send emails using my hotmail account configured in outlook i can only receive does anyone know how can i fix it???

Hotmail People only sync to phone if they have an email addresses

I have a new Nokia 920. I have recently imported my contacts from gmail so that all my email and phone numbers are stored my Hotmail/Outlook cloud account.



I have set up a Hotmail account on the phone but none of my Hotmail/Outlook "People" phone numbers imported from gmail have been sync'ed only the email addresses. If a contact has no email address it does not even exist in my list of People on my phone.
There does not seem to be any sync setting to change this. When I add my gmail account to sync I still do not get any phone numbers, however when I add a phone number to a google contact viua my phone I end up with a 2nd (duplicate) phone number for the contact..



Given that this is a windows (i.e. Microsoft who are also Hotmail) and a phone (i.e. where I want my phone numbers to sync to and from) it seems very odd. Is there some way I can fix this? I don't want to manually type the phone numbers from my Outlook
People list to my phone People list
