Windows 10: how can I use my laptop freely without any organisation controlling or monitoring it?

Hello,My laptop recently has been monitored by an organisation which I did not know of until now. A school organisation does not allow me to go to the Microsoft store without it kicking me out immediately I have no idea how a school from a total different country is monitoring my laptop..I tried some methods to maybe remove this administrator but it was useless and it was a waste of time, the message it tells me every time I try to open Microsoft store is 'This app has been blocked by your system administrator. Contact your system administrator for more info.'Please help me with the situatio

To change your Windows 10 monitor brightness, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Click the Windows logo; then, search for Control Panel.
• Select Hardware and Sound.
• Choose Power Options.
• On the next screen you should see brightness slider at the bottom of the Control Panel window.

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...
