    how can i validate a windows program as being unused?


    I am looking to purchase a Microsoft Windows 10 Pro program from an independent. It


    He claims that the program has never been activated. The program in still in its original sealed container.

    How would I go about making sure that this program would be accepted on my new computer?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    did some tweaking to speed up lagging pc. and was wondering -within the services list, could I disable "fax" since I never use it. and wondering what would happen if disable geolocation too
