Windows 10: How can I view .heic 10-bit photos?

How can I view .heic 10-bit photos in Windows 11 Photos and explorer thumbnail? I have the HEIF and HEVC extensions installed, the Photos app works fine with iPhone photos, but those are 8-bit. My phone OnePlus 12 shoots heic 10-bit photos that I can't view on any Windows PC. Third-party apps have limited functionality, as they still need the codecs.Does anyone have any ideas? Please help. Photo App "Collection" shows no photos in HEIC format

Even though I can view HEIC-picture with the Windows 10 photos app (and I can view next and previous HEIC-pictures), but if I click on "Collection / all pictures" in the Photo app (button top left) it shows no HEIC-pictures (only other picture formates)
