Windows 10: how can l make m wireless mouse turn the red light on

l am getting mad please help me and talk me back today please and send me the next time I'll see how we should try again next weekend will take some more of this time for that purpose to help him and you should also give them what would we not sure yet yeah we got some things you are very interested for your business will take the test and the next step to the best of you would need it or just email us and if not ready but not only are these guys would appreciate any assistance that will require a new life with us at training this year so

I have a problem with my wireless microsoft mouse 3500

The light keeps shining in red even after replacing the battery with a new one and I did use it with many other devices and the light is still red ( the mouse model : microsoft wireless mouse 3500)

Can anyone suggest a solution for me ?

 

Microsoft wireless mouse not working

Recently bought Microsoft wireless mobile mouse 3500 but something seem not right. The PC detects the the mouse when ever I insert the receiver. When I switch the mouse on, a yellow light turns on top of the mouse but the red light that is supposed emit
underneath the mouse when moving it around never turns on. how do I fix it?

You may follow the steps listed below and install the wireless mouse.

• Open ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Devices’.
  
• Click on ‘Bluetooth and other devices’ and turn on Bluetooth.
  
• Turn on your mouse meanwhile using the ‘On/Off’ switch.
  
• Press the ‘Pairing’ button on your mouse if present.
  
  (Go through the user manual to find out if your mouse has a pairing button and where it is located.)
  
• Allow the mouse to pair.
