Windows 10: How Can Microsoft Get Away With This Appalling Level Of Support?

Almost 2 weeks ago I put in a Counterfeit Software report Counterfeit Report Number: L4B9-PZ5Q to Microsoft.Despite a further 2 contacts with Microsoft Support involving multiple promises of escalation, priority and action the report status is still sitting as 'submitted' and is being ignored.I've even got screenshots see below of the online chat 'promises' but no action ever materialises.As far as I can see the outsourced Microsoft support organisation is being paid by Microsoft to do absolutely nothing.I've got nothing but admiration for the Microsoft Community volunteers here who provid

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
