Windows 10: How can multiple technicians use the Authenticator app for business accounts that require 2FA?

We are technology solutions provider with services accounts e.g. Dashboards for SaaS products that require 2 Factor Authentication. We also have multiple technicians. How can we avoid the bottleneck of one person with one phone authenticating for others whenever needed?For example, if I have someone at a client site who needs to access the "XYZ-Antivirus" portal to deploy a new endpoint, they currently need to call and have someone else authenticate them.

Microsoft Authenticator and VPN 2FA

Hi,

I joined a new company few days ago. They require 2FA enabled on the company Microsoft account. I do not mind that. Problem is, that 2FA is requested also when connecting to the company VPN. Again, easily setup with Microsoft Authenticator - when you try to connect to the VPN (via stock windows experience), you just confirm the login on your phone and you are connected to the VPN.

My problem is though, that I do not have Google services on my android phone (I use LineageOS), so the Microsoft Authenticator does not work. Is there any way to set it up on my machine, so when trying to connect to the VPN, it would ask for the 2FA code to be input manually?

Skype for Business - multiple accounts

I use Skype for Business within my company and also with clients. Normal Skype can support multiple accounts at the same time (https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA829/how-can-i-run-multiple-skype-accounts-at-the-same-time) but I cannot find anything for 'Skype
for Business'.

Currently I have the inelegant options of signing in and out of the Windows app, or using the app for one and Office365 for the other.

Are multiple accounts supported yet? Or does anyone have a better suggestion?
