I have received strange and suspicious emails about repeated attempts to reset my password. I have pretty much every single security bell and whistle you could have. Initially, I only had 2FA. Now I have removed passwords entirely from my account. Despite the fact Microsoft likely KNOWS I no longer have a password on my acc

Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me. The website does not proceed past step 4. After entering the security code, the website does not proceed to step 5. It does not give an error message, it simply greys out the next and cancel buttons and hangs
indefinitely.
